Remedies for rejuvenating Tired Eyes:
- Close your eyes for 5 mins and blink it so many times and then have a break for another 5-10 mins. It certainly helps to reduce the eye stress.
- Store a bottle of rosewater in your refrigerator & dab cotton with that & apply while going to sleep and leave them on your eyes after cleaning them with water. It proves to be a very effective cooling agent.
- Grate cucumber and refrigerate. After some time take and keep on your eyes for 10 minutes. It works wonders when tried on routine basis.
- Just keep chilled cotton pads on your eyes for 10 minutes for calming down the eyes.
- Follow 20:20 rule. For every 20 minutes look 20 ft away from your computer. Due to constant working the eyes blinking is restricted and thus eyes tend to become dry and thus giving a feeling of tiredness in eyes.
