Isometric hand push ups - face both your hands at shoulder level in exact front of you. Try applying pressure from both ends as long as you could and as harder as you can. Now, place the other hand of the other arm on the first hand which is on one side of you. Start to curl with one arm and at the same time resist with the other arm. Use enough pressure to complete the curl. Switch the arms and do the same exercise with the other arm. Continue this process for at least 5 minutes. This is another kind of isometric tension exercise that helps developing the muscles in an effective way.
