  • The easiest homemade herbal recipe for intestinal gas is a tea made up of either fennel seeds or Tulsi leaves or chamomile leaves or freshly cut ginger and peppermint leaves.

Tea Using Fennel Seeds:
  • Add 1 tsp. whole fennel seeds to 1 pt. water.

  • Adding ginger, garlic, onions, tomatoes, hot pepper, and salt to taste.

  • Here you need to cool down the curd in the refrigerator and then add pre-chopped pieces of cucumber with chat masala and salt according to taste.
