Homemade Cough Syrup - A Powerful Natural Remedy For All
Cough Syrup Preparation From Home:
Adults should take 2 tablespoons of this syrup for every 2 or 3 hours.
For Children 1 teaspoon for every 4-5 hours is prescribed.
Ingredients:
- Onion
- Honey
Preparation:
- Take a medium sized or quite larger onion and peel away its skin off.
- Now holding the onion sideways cut out slices in round shapes as shown below.
- This image would give an easier idea of knife placement while taking out the slices.
- Then slice out many such pieces as shown below.
- Now carefully separate each rings out of onion slices.
- Now take a clean dry bowl without any moisture in it.
- Put the onion rings in it and pour honey liberally on it.
- Keep on adding honey till the onion rings immerses well.
- Using a knife if needed you can chop the slices in honey inside the bowl. This would help honey to absorb the onion much more easily.
- Now the tasty and effective honey cough syrup is ready.
